Position:
Micajah IT Services is
seeking a strong and enthusiastic fulltime Software Systems Architect &
Project Manager to work in office in
St. Petersburg,
Russia. Office is located in 5
minutes by walk between “Ligovskiy Prospect” and “Ploschad Vosstaniya” metro
stations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare weekly project status
report. Discuss this status report with business executives and project
engineers.
Work with the business owners, product managers, and subject
matter experts to create a vision for the project and to translate high-level
concepts into technical requirements.
Collaborate with the development and
business teams to prioritize features and defect remediation for a
release
Work with the software development team to constantly answer any
ambiguities in the technical requirements as well as discover and remediate any
obstacles to the project success
Work with Software Systems Client Manager to
set proper expectations about development process, such as, bugs, deadlines,
features, revisions, UI, etc.
Research pre-built software applications to
find applicable client solution instead of custom development.
Define
software product roadmaps.
Prioritize product features and bugs.
Translate
customer specifications into UML and other requirements
documentation.
Preparation of new feature and upgrade design
documentation
Requirements:
Full-Time availability. 40+
hours per week.
Ability to accurately estimate required resources for
development options.
Ability to effectively manage multiple
projects.
Experience authoring and maintaining technical requirement
documents.
Software development management experience (2+ years)
Object
Oriented Programming experience (5+ years)
Database Architect experience (3+
years)
ASP.NET/C# (3+ years)
SQL 2000/T-SQL (5+ years)
JavaScript/HTML/CSS (3+ years)
